To provide the best possible care, we need to understand your pet's unique personality and needs. Please share details about medications, disabilities, likes, and dislikes. What makes them nervous or feel safe? Knowing their feeding times and bathroom break schedule helps us maintain their routine and ensures a stress-free environment. This information ensures we have all important details at hand to make their stay comfortable and joyful.

Your contact information and preferences
We believe in building strong relationships with both pets and their owners. Please provide your contact details so we can easily reach you and understand your preferences during your pet's stay. We'll also need your vet's contact information and a local emergency contact for peace of mind. This ensures seamless communication and care, making your pet truly feel like part of our family.

Important policies and agreements
To ensure fairness and manage our cozy home-style pet boarding effectively, we have a few important policies regarding booking and cancellations. A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your pet's spot, with the balance due upon drop-off. For cancellations, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the visit are non-refundable. These policies help us provide consistent, high-quality care, ensuring that every pet enjoys our "no cages, just snuggles and love" philosophy.
